About
Kevin is a transformation and change specialist with over a decade of experience across complex enterprise technology programmes, Big Four consulting environments, and large-scale platform adoption initiatives spanning CRM, ERP, HR, and bespoke operational systems.
He has worked with organisations across the public sector, financial services, and wider private enterprise — in roles spanning programme delivery, change leadership, learning strategy, and adoption design. He founded Adaptive Transformation Partners to bring senior-level thinking to the organisations that need it most: those in the middle of transformation and not yet seeing the value they expected.
ATP works with programme teams, L&D functions, technology vendors, and system integrators — as a trusted advisor, embedded practitioner, or specialist delivery partner.
